Ici je procède à la fabrication de tenons identiques à celui que j’ai utilisé pour mes tests. Je commence par tracer la profondeur de depuis chaque extrémité.

At last, I am back.
Here I’m proceed making tenons identical to the one I used for my tests. I’m starting by marking the depth from each end.

J’ai refendu, raboté et poncé ces planches à la même épaisseur et même largeur que mon tenon gabarit.
I ripped, planed and sanded those boards the same width and the same thickness as my tenon template.
Cette butée (flèche) assurera des coupes de longueurs identiques à mon tenon gabarit.
This stop (arrow) will ensure length cuts identical to my tenon template.
Après tant de soins, aucune surprise.
After so much care, no surprise.
Finalement, arrondir les coins et fraiser les bouts.
Finally, rounding over the corners and chamfer the ends.

Maintenant un assemblage à sec, au cas-où.
Now a dry assembly, just in case.
Satisfaction du travail accompli jusqu’à présent, la largeur à peaufiner plus tard.
